As a Digital Strategist at Highwire PR, my responsibilities include:
Drafting and proofreading weekly and ad hoc organic and paid social content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for B2B Tech companies (including Splunk, Twilio, Bread Financial, and ExtraHop)
Collaborating with PR teams to report on monthly and quarterly KPIs (new followers, engagements, engagement rate, etc.) and inform integrated PR and social strategy
Strategizing content to appeal clients’ brand and products to audiences across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, contributing to Twilio’s 50% increase in Q1 YoY engagement rate and Splunk’s 308% increase in Q2 YoY engagement rate
Managing weekly social agendas and planning decks to propose social strategies for clients’ conferences, social holidays and reports, including Splunk’s .conf22 and Twilio’s SIGNAL 2022
Monitoring real-time opportunities daily for clients to engage with target audiences on social media with Sprinklr and Sprout Social, leading to social posts with over 200+ engagements
Guiding crisis management to inform clients on social mentions (across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and share social media advisory
Compiling and managing TikTok and Instagram influencers to inform Gen Z audiences of Bread Financial’s products
Developing research reports to educate clients on the latest social media trends, competitor social audits and platform updates across social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram)
Producing social media assets via Canva and Adobe InDesign with design team, including text cards, video assets and Instagram story content
